Therapist will play a crucial role in providing support and
guidance to clients facing various mental health challenges. This
position focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions under the
supervision of licensed professionals, ensuring that clients
receive the care they need. The therapist will work collaboratively
with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment
plans tailored to individual client needs. By fostering a safe and
supportive environment, the Unlicensed Therapist will help clients

Qualifications: Experience in a mental health setting or relevant
internship. Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work,
or a related field. Previous experience working with diverse
populations and various mental health issues. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs and
develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual and group
therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Document client progress and maintain accurate records in
compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with licensed
therapists and other health care professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing training and
professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and
knowledge. Skills: The required skills for this position include
strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are
essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating
effective therapy sessions. Active listening skills will be
utilized daily to understand clients' concerns and provide
appropriate feedback. Organizational skills are necessary for
maintaining accurate documentation and managing multiple client
cases efficiently. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of various
therapeutic modalities, will enhance the therapist's ability to
tailor interventions to meet individual client needs. Additionally,
