General Insurance Agency Inc. (AGIA) travel insurance division, is
seeking a full-time, enthusiastic & energetic Sales Support
Specialist to join its call center team in Miami, FL. This position
is offering the opportunity to work from home. Acquired by AGIA’s
parent company, K2 Insurance Services, LLC, in 2021, Aegis General
travel division is a growing Travel & Event Insurance Company
located in Miami, FL. K2 Insurance Services, LLC offers the

Support Specialist position incorporates responsibilities in the
areas of Sales, Service and Claims. This is a great opportunity to

a monthly commission compensation as well as, annual profit
sharing. Responsibilities for the job include, but are not limited
to: Confer with travel agents and customers by telephone or
electronically to provide accurate information about products and
services. Assist clients with opening a claim. Provide advice to
concert, event, and festival attendees on their best course of
action. Answer questions about completing claim forms and
collecting backup documentation. Manage claims status checks.
Primary Sales Support representative for major account calls and
emails. Work to the greatest of their ability to convert call
center sales opportunities while following up as instructed on
unconverted leads. Respond to general emails and voicemails.
Special issuance of key partner policies. Take orders to change or
cancel/refund policies. Assist in defusing service issue or
complaint situations and escalate major ones to management. Other
tasks as directed by management. Cover weekend shifts or extended
hours as necessary. The ideal Sales Support Specialist will have: A
minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience. A minimum of 1-2
years of Customer Service experience. Experience acquired in an
insurance company or insurance agency is a big plus. Excellent
verbal & written skills Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not
required. Strong MS Office software skills. General travel
knowledge from personal or professional experience is a plus. Pay:
