meaningful connections. In this role, youll play a key part in
helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed, while shaping
the future of AI for local economies. About the Job As a Sales
Development Representative I at Vendasta, you are the first point
of contact for inbound leadsplaying a crucial role in driving
pipeline growth and shaping the client journey from the very first
touchpoint. Youll engage with SMBs to uncover their needs, align
them with Vendastas digital solutions, and book qualified
onboarding or sales consultations within tight timelines. This role
is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized under
pressure, and hungry to meet (and exceed) daily activity goals.
Working in-office from our Boca Raton location, youll use
AI-enabled tools and structured workflows to accelerate your
performance and deliver value at every step. Your Impact As a Sales
Development Representative, you'll work with inbound leads and
collaborate with Account Executives and onboarding teams to: Handle
25 to 30 inbound, lead-generated calls per day, qualifying
prospects through structured discovery and booking meetings within
24 to 48 hours Use guided talk tracks and AI-powered
objection-handling tools to manage calls efficiently, aiming for an
average call time of 12 minutes or less Consistently book 4 to 5
qualified handoff meetings daily to maintain strong pipeline
momentum Maintain clean, accurate CRM records using AI-generated
summaries and follow-up templates Ensure meeting quality by
aligning bookings with fit criteria and rebooking missed
consultations Adapt messaging based on product knowledge and
AI-powered customer insights related to online listings, reviews,
and advertising Provide feedback to improve sales workflows and AI
prompts, contributing to continuous process improvement What You
Bring to the Table You are driven, articulate, and highly motivated
by measurable goals. With a strong sense of urgency and attention
to detail, you know how to keep the pipeline moving while building
trust with prospects. You bring a solid understanding of inbound
sales strategies and the digital marketing landscape, particularly
the importance of online listings, reviews, and reputation for
SMBs. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging
way. Youre tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to use AI tools to
maximize performance. Ideally, you have 1 year of experience in
sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or digital
marketing environment. Experience with CRM platforms, inbound sales
techniques, and high-volume outreach is a definite asset. About
