As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with clients and prospects. Your main purpose is ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. In this entry-level position, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the automotive industry and get the opportunity to start your sales career with the right people. Think you’re qualified to be a Customer Service & Sales Associate? Here’s what we need: Ideally 2 years of customer service or sales experience (auto glass experience is a plus) Driven to build rapport with the automotive community and exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable and proficient with technology, including CRM systems. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (reliable transportation is an advantage) The Customer Service & Sales Associate’s responsibilities include: Conduct visits to assigned company accounts. Establish positive working relationships with key decision-makers. Obtain referrals and convert them into potential sales. Utilize CRM software to manage a well-organized schedule and sales territory. Input sales data and generate reports in a timely manner. Participate in scheduled company meetings and training sessions. Work to grow and maintain existing customer accounts.
