build the foundation of wireless education with our team. AT&T
Sales Support Agent Responsibilities: Engage with customers to
actively listen to their wireless needs Assess customer needs to
recommend the best AT&T wireless services for them Assist
customers with process any wireless and mobile device order Manage
customer accounts thoroughly and highly any promotions or benefits
we offer Skillfully negotiate terms, address objections, and
confidently close new sales contracts, ensuring a smooth and
efficient acquisition process for every customer. Participate in
training to enhance skills in this AT&T Sales Support Agent
role Strive to exceed daily and weekly sales metrics, driving
aT&T’s wireless services Keep up-to-date with AT&T’s
products, pricing, promotions, and market insights to position
solutions effectively Work closely with sales leadership and
teammates to enhance techniques, exchange best practices, and drive
