--- Build client relationships through calling, emailing, and consultations.
--- Conduct thorough market research to assess property values.
--- Offer tailored solutions to buyers and sellers, guiding them towards achieving their real estate objectives effectively.
--- Skillfully negotiate contracts and terms of sale to benefit all parties involved.
--- Stay on top of market trends and industry best practices for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
--- Must hold an active Florida Real Estate License to be eligible for this position.
--- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, working with buyers and sellers, is required.
--- A High School diploma or GED is a necessary educational qualification.
