Job Description:
GENERAL SUMMARY:The Solutions Manager is responsible for the
solution building, pricing and presenting during the sales cycle.
Working together with the Account Management Team (Sales) the
Solutions Manager will evangelize our vision of Digital Secure
Transformation solutions to strategically align with customers pain
points, IT goals and road maps. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and give technical sales presentations to explain to
customers the value of solutions and services.
- Perform discovery to qualify and prioritize opportunities.
- Architect, build and price Managed Solutions.
- Work with solution team through the product management process
and life cycle.
- Understand and maintain relevant to markettrends and
technologies (Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, End User
Support Services, etc..)
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands
and offer sales support where necessary.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Plan for modifications to solutions and services to meet
consumer demands.
- Recommend new and improved solutions customers and explain how
the solution is of value and deliver cost-effectiveness.
- Work with cross functional solutions team and operations teams
to understand services and solutions to integrate and architect
managed solutions to fit.
- Strong Technical aptitude in Compute/Server, Network (Access
and core layers), Perimeter technologies, virtual and storage,
etc..
- Strong communication and presentation skills to audiences of
all levels and sizes.
- Build formal solution quotes, proposals and contractsAdditional
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate and deliver internal and customer facing
webinars
- Build, prepare and maintain demo environments
- Work with Customer Success and Service Delivery teams for
service/solution improvements
- Create new opportunities within existing and new customers
- Maintain Sales Pipeline information accurate and consisten
- Travel within and outside the state of FloridaEducation,
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: To perform this job

- 5 years of technical Pre-Sales experience
- Preferably Cloud and Managed Services
- Excellent Presentation and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial skills and aptitude
- Independent, Resourceful and TEAM PLAYERTechnical
Certifications a plus (Cloud, Security, Managed, etc
