EOE/M/F/D/V The Aftersales Market Director will lead WAI Global's commercial activities in the U.S./Region. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive sales growth for the WAI Global product portfolio. Primary/Key Responsibilities

  • Full commercial responsibility for a key business segment in the U.S consisting of Rebuilder customers as well as Distributors serving the Automotive, Industrial, Agricultural and Power Sports markets.
  • Responsible for creating sales strategies to drive top line growth across all product portfolios and markets. Accountable to achieve Sales, Gross Margin and Expense targets in line with annual budgets.
  • Oversee management of 3 Account Executives across the region
  • Hire, develop, and retain a talented workforce. Develop a robust pipeline of diverse leaders with skills to succeed in a complex and dynamic marketplace. Champion initiatives to promote a strong organizational culture, an inclusive workplace environment and a highly engaged workforce.
  • Influence the external environment by developing customer and competitor insights and relationships with stakeholders; leverage insights to drive growth.
  • Accountable for maintaining standards and performance across the sales organization.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and grow products, services and solutions in targeted markets
  • Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience
    • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
    • Years of Experience - 10+ years of experience (preferably in Rebuilder/Distributor markets or related industry) with a track record of profitable growth
    • Computer Skills - Microsoft Business Suite--
    • Skills and Ability -
      • Ability to travel 60% of time; strong business and financial acumen and strategic mindset; ability to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with customers; demonstrates high level of leadership competency; talent development mindset with track record of developing a diverse pipeline of successful leaders; demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate in a manner to achieve business objectives
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy, data an results to all levels of the organization.--
      • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
