Responsibilities
Spirit Airlines is seeking a Senior FICO Analyst to join its team
for a career opportunity to make a meaningful impact through

deployment, and support. The successful candidate will collaborate
closely with business function experts and stakeholders to align
enterprise application capabilities with business goals. This role
offers the opportunity to work with industry leading technologies
and contribute new ideas in a highly collaborative environment.
* Analyzes and review requirements, work with technical and support
teams to implement solutions.
* Lead and Support projects related to SAP Financial
Applications.
* Work with business users and document the business processes.
* Document functional specifications for new and modified
functions.
* Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business
processes during system development and quality assurance
testing.
* Support Finance areas related to Corporate Accounting, AR, Fixed
Assets, AP, Treasury and Tax.
* Validate and maintain data, mapping rules, and process flows for
different business areas.
* Identify opportunities to fully leverage the strengths and
capabilities of ECC (Fixed Assets, AP, Treasury) and SAP S/4
HANA.
* Provide incident response to the functional / transactional
requests.
* Document solutions and take measures to prevent reoccurring
issues.
* Proactively identify and implement functional and technical
changes to improve the timeliness and accuracy of business
transactions.
* Provide support to FICO leads in implementing new solutions and
projects.
* Serves on ERP Support team.
* Support SAP and Non-SAP applications based on Spirit's business
needs.
* May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities
and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies
change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Science Degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent working
experience).
* 5-7 years of experience.
* S/4 HANA certification preferred.
* 5-7 years' experience with demonstrated SAP Functional
knowledge.
* 5 years' experience in SAP ECC (FICO).
* 5+ years' experience in Fixed Assets, AP, Treasury Modules of
SAP.
* 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable systems.
* 3-5 years' experience as an Analyst Role.
* 2-3 years' experience in S/4 HANA 1809 plus.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, private edition.
* Airline experience preferred.
* Highly developed PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access,
Visio, MS Project.
* Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex
problems.
* Strong organizational skills with an aptitude to juggle
priorities to meet strict deadlines.
* Strong technical communications skills to effectively interface
with both Functional Ops & IT Personnel.
* Primary interface with Business organization and third parties as
required for issue resolution.
* Documentation of issues and requirements for system modifications
to be submitted to IT organization for evaluation and
disposition.
* This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and
problem-solving skills to help maximize the proper and effective
use of SAP in the I.T. organization.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple items.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure and with minimal
supervision.
* Sense of initiative, self-discipline and proactive thinking.
* Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
* Highly developed PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access,
Visio, MS Project.
* Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex
problems.
* Strong organizational skills with an aptitude to juggle
