Job Description:
Responsibilities:
The CRM Contact Center Analyst is responsible for the development,
architecture, deployment, support and maintenance of the Microsoft
Dynamics platform. This includes but is not limited to, installing,
con?guring, and upgrading Dynamics systems and applications.
Managing system operations and services, developing the training,
testing and support plans for Dynamics usage. As a member of the
Information Technology sta?, the SharePoint admin will also assist
with customer support and serves as a resource to the department
and the organization for MS Dynamics related issues.Collaborate
with vendor and IT team members in projects and/or support for
internal and external contact center business operations.Assesses,
designs, develops, integrates, and troubleshoots technology to
support business processes.Provide functional guidance to project
or work teams, as needed within specific or multiple
disciplines.Ensures the reliability, performance, security, and
continuity of IT systems, as well as ensures that excellent systems
support services are provided.Analyzes, designs, tests, debugs,
implements, and integrates IVR applications and or call center
applications (eg MS Dynamics 365 CRM, recording solution, dialer,
Cisco Finesse).Provides functional guidance to business unit
personnel, develops user stories, and test cases and executes
them.Designs and writes the scripts required for call center
applications (mentioned above).Participates in the change
management and service ticket management processes, including
receiving, resolution monitoring, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.Works with application vendors as well as other
business units to drive projects to successful
implementations.Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative
maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex
problems.Ensures that systems and processes (including those of
external service providers) comply with corporate social
responsibility, security, compliance, and other applicable
policies, standards, and legislation.Responsible for the
development and administration of Application Architecture in our
Contact Center environments.Participate in the future roadmap and
buildout of the Contact Solution within the organization.Meets
daily, weekly, and monthly following agile methodologies and
ceremonies.May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate
(e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical
developments).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science,
Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or similar.3-5 years'
experience in administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Microsoft
Dynamics Certification, not required.Understanding of the Core
concepts of Cisco contact center environment.Understanding
integration with solutions that drive the guest and team member
journey.Self-Starting personality with a significant emphasis on
stakeholder satisfaction.Use judgment and creativity to design
coding approach to meet requirements/speci?cations as provided by
business analysts and software development managers.Understanding
of SDLC and Agile methodologies and frameworks.Knowledge of
personal computers, including MS Word, Excel and Project.Ability to
accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern
for all the areas involved.No travel required.Exerts up to 10 lbs.
of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise
move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of
the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of
time.On-Site at Spirit IT Headquarter in Fort Lauderdale/Miramar,
Florida; MUST be local or willing to relocate and work on-site 100%
