Description:ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Model the behaviors expected of all GameStop associates including a drive for results with a clear bias for action; high levels of maturity and professionalism; giving, receiving, and responding to feedback effectively; a high service orientation; and clear commitments to diversity, inclusion, a respectful workplace, and integrityOversee 2-3 Loss Prevention SpecialistsHire new Loss Prevention Specialists when growth requires itAssist in the investigations of employees and report and follow up on suspicious practices or invoices uncovered when auditing locations and reviewing DVRs footage.Collect, review, and distribute the inventory report to the management team for weekly review.Manage the quarterly audit document and report monthly audits numbersEnsure audit score sheets are reported in a timely manner10pm-6:30pm shift; various days throughout the weekBASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)Accredited Bachelor's in Business Management or related field required; at least one year of additional related experience may be considered in substitution4 or more years of related experience requiredWork overtime as requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIESExpert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goalsProficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting prioritiesPossess expert analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsProficient ability to model consistently GameStop's commitment to a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environmentConsistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
