Assist in duties related to system administration, user/group
permissions and access rights for various Client Accounting and
other enterprise systems. Provide technical assistance to users,
troubleshoot system issues and maintain access and accounting codes
while working within the limits of standard or accepted practice
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to user requests for application assistance and identify,
research and troubleshoot problems and process flaws.
Research solutions and resolve user problems or recommend technical
Maintain user information, accounts, passwords, security roles and
signature and approval application.
Ensure correct access in all servers and related programs and
systems. Maintain listings, charts and accounting codes current for
proper system functionality.
Perform scheduled activities and run periodic reports. Make
recommendations and assist in development of standard reports for
ongoing internal and external customer needs.
Provide support to IT Development with testing new features,
changes and system updates.
Participate and provide support in related projects as needed.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of
personal, professional and ethical conduct.
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain
workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual
equipment or operating problems and the need for additional
material and supplies.
May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to
integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve
problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to
new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory

Education & Experience
Must have a minimum of Associate's Degree in Information Technology
or Computer Science or their equivalent, and three years related
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have previous experience or
knowledge with accounting analytics, information and processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
Must have strong computers and systems knowledge and
Experience with Windows systems, Active Directory, Exchange
servers, and Group Policy.
Must have experience in creating professional reports and
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking

Help Desk ticketing system experience a plus (Manage Engine Service
Desk, ZenDesk, Jira, FreshDesk etc.)
Experience in dealing with large amounts of data a plus (MS Excel,
MS Access, SQL, etc.)
Tools & Equipment Used
Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software
applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is
required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone
for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit and walk.
