status.SummaryResponsible for the packing, processing and
documentation retention of production sales and repair orders. Must
meet all Federal regulatory requirements pertaining to Export
Compliance and Hazardous Material Shipments. Meet customer
transportation and delivery requirements. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.Ensure all sales and repair orders are processed in
accordance with company ISO procedures and Federal Export
Regulatory Compliance requirements. This includes proper packaging,
labeling, supporting documentation (Export License) transportation
and required Government Regulatory Compliance system filings Ensure
AllClear/ACRS sales and repair orders are processed in accordance
with company ISO Procedures and Hazardous Material Federal
Regulatory Compliance requirements. This includes proper packaging,
labeling, supporting documentation, transportation and required
Government Regulatory Compliance system filings. Ensure all parts
are packaged properly following commercial packing (ATA Spec 300)
to avoid damage during shipmentReview all documentation for
accuracyPerform accurate invoicing functionPhotograph the packing
process (as required) for record retentionOptically image all
shipping related documentation and photographsDetermine proper
carriers for use when not identified; and schedule pickups as
requiredLoad transportation carriers as requiredKeep updated on all
FAR, ITAR, and specific customer requirements as applicableProvide
customer service to internal and external customers for shipping
related issuesWorks with the other departments to assist in
developing and providing a lean process involving shipping
transactionsAdhere to warehouse cleanliness program Promotes safety
awareness and safe operating proceduresResponsible for other
special projects or duties as assigned by the Vice President of
Operations or designee. Understand and perform functions in
accordance with AS9120 and ISO9001 StandardsRequirementsEducation
and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent2 years Aviation or
related shipping experienceTechnical Skills:Excellent communication
skills, both oral and writtenProficient knowledge with the use of
computers, Internet applications, and Microsoft Excel and
OutlookAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety
of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
formLanguage SkillsFluent in EnglishForeign Language skills
desirableAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, Technical procedures, or
governmental regulations Ability to write applicable business
