General Summary Description:The Cybersecurity & Compliance
Analyst role is to assist in the planning and coordination of
company's IT security posture. The Cybersecurity & Compliance
Analyst will help design, install, and deploy security system
solutions to ensure the security of company's infrastructure
systems and secure access of the systems and the organizations data
integrity. This is a technical position that supports the
developing, configuring, maintaining, and of optimizing all
security systems across companys' enterprise. This responsibility
includes the management of outsourced resources related to Cyber
Security. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure
environment by identifying security issues, and proactively
identifying security risk that may impact companys' systems and
data. He/She is required to be multi-tasking, quality focus, able
to quickly research security concerns. The Cybersecurity &
Compliance Analyst is responsible for the staying current with IT
Security trends, risks, and solutions.Physical Demands: - Must be
able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time - Includes
lifting up to 25 lbs. - The person in this position needs to
occasionally move about inside the office to access infrastructure
hardware, office machinery, etc. - Constantly operates a computer
and other office productivity machinery, such as a tablet, copy
machine, computer, laptop, printer, and other electronic handheld
mobile devices.Essential Functions - Develop unique, effective
cyber security strategies for software systems, server and
workstation endpoints on the networks, data centers, and hardware
used to access corporate data (tablets), and hardware to process
financial transactions (CC terminals) - Strong understanding of
cyber security practices and methodology, related to HIPPA
compliance and securing PHI & PII - Professional IT skills and a
deep understanding of cyber hacker methodology - Implement/build-in
security systems to software, hardware, and components - Research
best ways to secure company-wide IT infrastructure - Build firewall
objects, policies, and rules to protect company data and network
infrastructure - QA software and hardware for security
vulnerabilities and risks - Monitor software for external
intrusions, attacks, and hacks - Close off security vulnerability
in the case of an attack - Identify cyber attackers, report to
management, and cooperate with police or other legal forces to
detain perpetrator - Work independently or as part of a team as
needed - Learn the current environment by shadowing senior
engineers. - Supports virtual server infrastructure, network and
desktop hardware, software and applications. - Performs security
technology needs analysis, Support Identity and Access
Administration, and User Access Reviews. - Assists with cyber
security technology planning through ongoing research. - Secures
network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and
evaluation, and maintaining documentation. - Protects
organization's value by keeping information confidential. -
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities
to add value to job accomplishments. - Project a positive attitude
toward all company objectives and directives; always demonstrate
teamwork, including attendance at staff meetings and other training
or company functions as required. Continually promote, support, and

Security Policies and Procedures. Report non-compliance
observations and concerns accurately and promptly. - All other
tasks and duties as may be requested by
management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
or related degree, or equivalent job experience (3 year of relevant
work) in related field on a small to medium sized network.Strong IT
skills including knowledge on hardware, software, networks, and
data centers. Thorough work ethic, attention to detail. Skills of
perception and QA, ability to identify vulnerabilities and overall
issues. Critical thinking skills, problem solving aptitude.
Forensic approach to challenges. Ability to think like a hacker and
anticipate hacker moves. Desire to self-educate on the
ever-changing landscape of cyber hacking tactics. Experience in
professional ethical hacking cyber security a plusPreferred
Certifications -CompTIA Security+, Network Plus
This is a Hybrid Position. Candidate MUST live in South
Florida
