Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Operations Lead to
manage and improve customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and evaluate key performance metrics and ensure strategic
objectives are met
Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement
in customer support operations
Lead the rollout of initiatives and resolve high-priority customer
issues and escalations
Qualifications/Training/Education:
2-3 years of experience in a customer support or call center
environment
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer support
setting
Proficient in using reporting systems such as Looker and Five9
Knowledge of the mattress or retail industry preferred
