Job Description:
A company is looking for an Occupational Injury Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with staff training on workers' compensation policies and
incident reporting
Oversee case management of employees' claims and interact with
carriers or third-party administrators
Coordinate with various teams to assess post-injury absence
management and legal proceedings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
field
1 year of experience in workers' compensation, claims management,
or related field
Familiarity with medical and statutory terminology in workers'
compensation
Experience with management of occupational illnesses and
injuries
Valid Driver's License throughout employment
