Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of support staff, focusing on performance
management and growth
Monitor operational KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis to address
issues

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service or escalations
environment
2+ years of direct people management experience
1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive
improvements
Prior healthcare and/or insurance experience
1+ years managing projects
