Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Training & Development
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure claims representatives follow Best Practice guidelines,
provide excellent customer service, and achieve performance
targets
Handle onboarding of new Claims Team Members and provide effective
training for new hires and existing staff
Monitor adjusters to ensure compliance with training requirements
and assist with audits
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated work success in the Claims Department
Successfully passed the Michigan and New York Licensing Exams
Ability to leverage technology and demonstrate excellent
communication skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members
Interest in collector vehicles, values, and their owners
