Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Associate.
Key Responsibilities:

Process claims and determine benefits for credit card or financial program benefits plans
Make timely payments and adjustments for specified program claims
Provide superior customer service by handling a high volume of claims, phone calls, and correspondence

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
High school diploma or GED
One year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim adjudication
Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies
