POSITION OVERVIEWdormakaba is seeking an Application Consultant to join our Workforce Solutions team. This position is responsible for implementing b-comm solution for Workforce Management enterprise customers.**This position is a remote role**HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.PRIMARY DUTIES Becomes a subject matter expert and provides best practices to customers on the dormakaba b-comm solution Reviews SOWs and implements assigned customer projects through a collaborative process in a timely manner, and on budget to meets business deadlines Builds trusting relationships with new and existing clients Provides training to end customer during implementation process Develops and delivers specific plans, supporting documentation and progress reports for assigned projects Supports business and departmental leadership as requested to meets evolving business requirements REQUIREMENTS 2 year's degree Prior experience with software configuration/implementation Prior experience with ERP/HCM/HRIS/Time Tracking/Payroll preferred Project Management experience preferred CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Team player and strong collaborator Problem solver (always brings solutions, enjoys challenges) Dependable (reliable and follows through on commitments) Ability to define, document and review customer uses cases Ability to travel to customer locations when required Excellent oral/written Skills Presentation Skills Great attention to detail Organization skills Strong Excel skills Calm under pressure Demonstrated integrity/honesty Great Multi-Tasker WE OFFER Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
