Production lead is in charge of the production process. Must plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. Supervise manufacturing teams that work in operations and product development.

Recommending -operational changes
Assessing -risks
Ensuring -safety guidelines are followed
Resolving -production problems
Conducting -performance evaluations
Giving and receiving -employee feedback
Training -employees
Facilitating -team participation
