Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an HR
Assistant job in Miramar, FL. This HR Assistant job is a temp to
hire opportunities working onsite at client site located in the
Miramar area.If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply
Now!**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Enter and process
all new hire documentation.+ Organize and conduct Orientation to
all new hires.+ Organize all onsite monthly employee award days,
employee lunches, Holiday events, etc.+ Keep track and update
headcount report.+ Answer phones for the HR Department.+ Support HR
functions in the Miramar facility. **REQUIREMENTS:**+ High School
Diploma required and some College in Human Resource preferred.+
Minimum 6 months of experience working in an HR environment.+
Ability to work under pressure & strong communication skills.+ Able
to wear steal toe shoes when visiting the warehouse area for
Orientation.+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word &
Powerpoint.+ Bilingual in English and Spanish required. **Pay rate
range $21-$22 per hour.**Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to
FridayWeekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week by direct
