Koffee Kult acquires the highest-grade premium coffee beans from growers in more than 50 countries, including Arabica beans from Indonesia, Africa, and Central and South America. Our attention to quality includes the meticulous hand-selection of green beans for roasting and the hand packaging of the extensive selection of coffee varieties that include Geisha Buenos Aires, Koffee Kult's famous Dark Roast, single origins and exclusive micro lots.We are looking for an awesome person to be our Customer service and sales assistant.Job Summary and MissionThis position contributes to Koffee Kult success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Koffee Kult Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, correct solutions and friendly advice on Koffee Kult products via phone, internet and in person. Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Koffee KultMaintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, such as HolidaysAssists with new member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as neededContributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as neededProvides customer service in a timely fashion using the Koffee Kult customer experience portalEnsure customers orders are processed and liaison with the Koffee Kult production department ensuring timely shipment.Maintains regular and punctual attendance.Basic QualificationsMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodationAvailable to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and special eventsEngage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication3 - 5 year office or customer service work experienceAvailable to perform many different tasks as assignedValid Driver's License (Required)Read and write English. Spanish is a plusRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to learn quicklyAbility to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when neededStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to build relationshipsRequired Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma/ Equivalent DegreeDetailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentWindows 10 Basic computer use, with the following programs: MS Office, Quickbooks, Outlook, Google Suite3 - 5 years work experience.Benefits:$15-20/hr.
