Delivers day-to-day entry level administrative assistance and
business operations. Tasks lie within specific support or
processes, office operations and clerical responsibilities.
* Prints and coordinates entry documentation
* Tracks and traces inbound shipments
* Opens entry files
* Scans entry packets and documentation to VFI Track
* Completes filing
* Discards files when appropriate
* Performs clerical office tasks as assigned
We are looking for
* A minimum of a high school diploma
* At least 6 months of experience working in an office based
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Outstanding organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Solid computer skills (including but not limited to Excel, pdf
documents, google sheets, and gmail).
