Job Description:
Overview The core focus of the Solution Architect Enterprise
Systems is creating a sustainable technical architecture. This role
is responsible for the design of one or more end to end solutions
for a business/IT product or service and the role will work closely
with cross functional business and technical teams. The individual
has a balanced mix of technical and very strong business skills,
working with an enterprise architect for strategic direction. The
individual leads the overall technical vision for a particular
platform (across all modules) or solution(s) to provide a business
product or a business/IT service. The individual can make technical
decisions regarding a solution and can articulate how the
technology design impacts business outcomes. The development or
infrastructure teams use the information to implement the solution
to meet business outcomes. T he IT Solution Architect role is
considered a leader within the SGWS IT organization and will
require a strong level of leadership and associated behavior
competencies. Specialized Skills and Technologies
- 5+ years of administrative experience in an environment
supporting 300+ production Microsoft Windows servers
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative experience in
an environment supporting Linux operating system
- 5+ years of experience supporting VMware Virtual
Infrastructures
- 4+ years of experience supporting server hardware platforms
such as: Cisco UCS, Dell, HP
- 2+ year(s) of experience supporting cloud infrastructures such
as: Azure, AWS
- 2+ years of experience supporting and tuning administration
tools such as SolarWinds & MS SCOM Specialized Knowledge
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise
and SaaS applications like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365,
etc
- Experience in Powershell, Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement appropriate platform solutions for
respective area of responsibility
- Define and enforce application development standards across the
enterprise
- Ensure solutions designed adhere to enterprise architecture
standards
- Maintain knowledge of vendor solutions for the remote
management of Wintel platforms including physical, virtual, IaaS
and PaaS
- Serve as an expert in application development, database design,
and/or platform (operating system) efforts, helping project teams
comply with enterprise and application development policies,
industry regulations, and best practices
- Work with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions are in
place throughout all IT systems and platforms to mitigate
identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and
regulatory requirement
- Communicate risks and solutions to cross functional key
stakeholders Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent
experience
- 8+ years of work experience in IT with experience in
solutioning technology solutions to meet business needs
- Minimum 5 years designing and implementation of robust
enterprise server environments attaining maximum availability
- Minimum 5 years of experience directly engaged in performance
tuning of server infrastructure
- Minimum 3 years or partnering with Infrastructure vendors such
as; Microsoft, VMWare, HP Dell, IBM
- Minimum 3 years functioning in an architecture / engineering
role focused on large enterprise solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience using patch management solution
such as Microsoft SCCM
- Strong knowledge of remote server management and design
concepts
- 3 or more years of expert level experience in Infrastructure
administration as it relates to the hardware and software
components that align to technologies supported at Southern
Glazers
- 3+ years of industry experience in designing, customization,
configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and
Governance product Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience in designing, customization,
configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance
of Saviynt or SailPoint
- Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA
- User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
- Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
- Possess professional level industry certification(s)
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- ITIL Foundation certified Agile Delivery Values

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting

- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or
pulling up to 20lbs
