Job Description:

Job Summary:Responsible to provide service support for DME and recover equipment in a timely and professional manner in nursing homes and patient homes.What to expect in your role:

  • Coordinate equipment pick up per contractual arrangements, policy and workflow.
  • Provides excellent customer service both to internal and external customers, while meeting daily goal requirements.
  • Complete appropriate documentation in designated system for all reviews and tasks associated with completing an order.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
    What you need to succeed:
    • High School Diploma
    • 1+ years of experience in healthcare industry
    • Positive and professional phone presence
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows products
    • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Working knowledge of computerized medical management systems and/or web-based programs
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple, competing, priorities and is extremely organized
    • Ability to analyze processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve efficiencies
