Job Description: Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Memorial s mission, vision and values through providing support to Talent Acquisition operations with various aspects of the hiring process, maintains compliance with hiring requirements, oversees background check process, and provides concierge onboarding. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience. Detailed responsibilities: Coordinate, facilitate and oversee the pre-employment clearance process to ensure that minimum hiring requirements are met, adjudicate complex background check requirements,reference calls directly with employers and completion and validation of verifications of required credentials and education. Facilitate concierge, high touch onboarding experience for new hires ensuring an exceptional Memorial Experience. Navigate new hires through onboarding process following acceptance of employment offer through new hire orientation. Support Talent Acquistion department by supporting internal and external job fairs, college/university career days and expos. Provides support to Corporate Recruiters by pre-screening applications to ensure position and job description requirements are met by prospective candidate pool. Manage multiple tasks and projects in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and goals. Conduct post hire calls to new hires, identify opportunities and onboarding gaps. Summarize and report findings and trends. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provides excellent service in direct and indirect manner identifying customer needs and fulfilling customer expectations. Education:Essential: Bachelors Education specialization:Essential: Human Resources Credentials: Education equivalent experience:Essential: Human Resources or in a Related Field Other information:Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, effective written and verbal communication, decisive judgment, the ability to build and foster positive relationships with internal and external clients and work independently.Required Work Experience: Three (3) years experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment. Experience in a role requiring customer interaction and high attention to detail. Some travel may be required.
