ry of Responsibilities: Coordinates workflow and monitors
activities to assist Agency Operations & Support (AOS) management
in ensuring efficient, timely and accurate processing. Partners
with the AOS and Sales management teams to improve overall
effectiveness within the Agency. Recruits, trains and develops
Client Support Specialist(s) using the performance management
model. Trains new Financial Reps on various system functions, form
completion, reports and standard office procedures. Identifies and
implements process improvements. Handles complex customer issues,
escalating to management when appropriate. Works with minimal
supervision and is responsible for making an established range of
decisions, updating manager on a regular basis. Job Requirements:
-Provides professional and courteous service to internal and
external clients. -Resolves inquiries via telephone, written/email
correspondence, and walk-in office visits. -Identifies potential
cross-selling opportunities, submits potential leads identified
during client interactions and within natural markets.
-Collaborates with various departments as needed. -Plans,
organizes, directs work within the assigned Agency, anticipates
resources needed to support business needs in the Agency.
-Recruits, trains and develops Client Support Specialists under the
guidance of the Training Manager. and Assistant Manager Teams.
Addresses performance using Performance Management Model
techniques. -Assists with onboarding newly hired Financial
Representatives in the Agency -Fosters a culture that promotes open
communication, integrity, professionalism, customer service, team
work and a sense of urgency
