Duties include, but not limited to:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintaining applicable log books.Conducts walk-through inspections; replacing light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers.Applies basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities.Record gauge/meter readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.Maintains technical logs and records as appropriate.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and trade school certificate preferred, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Valid driver s license required.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
