Job DetailsLevelManagementJob LocationCorporate Office - Hollywood, FLRemote TypeN/APosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelUndisclosedSalary RangeUndisclosedTravel PercentageUp to 25%Job ShiftDayJob CategoryMarketingDescriptionOverall Responsibility:The Digital Strategy Manager collaborates with all marketing, business development, and organizational management teams and uses leadership skills to build strategic partnerships.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activitiesDevelop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customersCreate, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and salesConduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotionsDevelop and expand community and/or influencer outreach effortsOversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaignsManage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each reviewAnalyze key metrics and tweak strategy as neededCompile reports for management showing results (ROI)Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing positive customer online leads and reviewsMonitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategyImplement ongoing education to remain highly effectiveIdentify threats to opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate managementAnalyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, paid media, website, and social advertising campaignsMonitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize resultsUpload and manage email lists into email marketing databaseAdvanced knowledge of website analytics tools using Google Analytics and other toolsSubject matter expert of look-a-likes, retargeting and other ad featuresMaintaining the social media and blog editorial calendar and coordinate the creation of new social content across all the channelsCollaborate with CMO, PR, and omni-channel teams to build content strategy and integrated campaignsPerforms other related duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge and Skills Required Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Outstanding research and analytical abilities.Project management skills.Strong leadership skills.Education and Experience Required Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.5-8 years of experience in digital marketing strategyDemonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive digital marketing plan to drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
