Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, is
seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Marketing, within the Sales
Development team in the Marketing organization. The Sales
Development team partners with the Sales Organization to develop
the go-to-market narrative to ensure advertising sales revenue
opportunities are maximized and client expectations are met. This
person needs to be a driven leader who has experience creating
marketing narratives and materials, influencing multiple
stakeholders and driving results. This individual needs to have a
strong strategic background, deep experience in sales marketing and
deep executional experience.
+ Assists in the creation of integrated sales and marketing
+ Develops marketing campaign strategies in conjunction with
related departments. Identifies new and current markets with the
greatest sales revenue potential and develops and implements sales
marketing programs that serve these customers. Customizes solutions
to include content creation, consumer sweepstakes and on-air

+ Assists in creating marketplace sales strategy for key
+ Supports the Sales force with materials on intended message,
collateral and products/pricing information of campaigns.

+ Works with Sales Development leaders to prioritize, execute
and support centralized marketing programs and strategies that
scale and benefit regional teams.
+ Partners with marketing, sales and product leadership to
evaluate performance of integrated Sales and Marketing programs
against desired outcomes.
+ Develops and delivers training content for sales, sales
development and other stakeholders
+ Develops and monitors marketing budgets, spending, and
forecasting for programs that benefit regional and enterprise
+ Works with Sales leaders across verticals and coordinates
programs with partner groups across marketing, research and

and traffic issues

+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
+ Generally requires 10+ years related experience with at least
