Essential Job Function:Customer Service Representatives engage with guests, keep store shelves stocked and tidy, maintain store cleanliness, and efficiently process customer transactions- all with a smile!

  Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and answer questions
  • Scan and process all customer transactions
  • Prepare & maintain food service products and coffees
  • Understand emergency fuel procedures
  • Stock goods and paper products, such as napkins, coffee cups, etc.
  • Clean and maintain the store, inside and out
  • Occasionally assist with inventory and putting away orders
  • Follow cash-handling and credit card policies
    Basic--Qualifications--& Skills:
    • Friendly demeanor
    • Safely lift 40+ lbs. to chest height
    • Stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours
    • Climb a step stool, reach with arms above head, grasp with hands, bend, and crouch
    • Use hands bilaterally and unilaterally
    • Communicate effectively in English (hear, speak, read, and write)
    • Accurately select options from a touch-screen monitor
    • Accurately count US currency and make change
    • Pass a pre-employment drug screening
