Foreclosure Attorney in our Boca Raton office. The role includes
pursuing collection of delinquent maintenance assessments for our
community association clients, including preparation of pleadings,
counsel of clients and trials to pursue collection of clients'
claims. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court Prepare and
draft legal documents Advise clients Negotiate settlements Comply
with all legal standards and regulations ?? Qualifications:
Previous experience in litigation matters in Florida courts
including first chairing trials Strong analytical and problem
solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
