Our law firm is looking for an Attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Responsibilities:
--- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
--- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
--- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
--- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
--- Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks

Qualifications:
--- Must be a member of the Florida Bar Association
--- 2-4 years of recent experience in First-Party Property Insurance is Highly preferred
--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
--- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite is necessary
