Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning / Probate attorney with at least 3 to 5 years experience. The position requires that you be able to manage your own cases with little oversight. The ideal candidate will already have extensive estate planning and probate experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
--- Meet with clients and design estate plans
--- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate services
--- Assign work to paralegals and legal assistants
--- Handle estate plan signing meetings
--- Responsible for own caseload of probate files
--- Familiar with probate rules and statutes, including court local rules for different counties within Florida
--- Familiar with handling probate statewide in Florida
--- Able to handle probate hearings
--- Regularly update clients on the status of the case

Qualifications:
--- 3 to 5 years of estate plan drafting and probate experience
--- Familiar with drafting software
--- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
