in helping grow a Utah-based Residential Pest Control company from

Your Role As our Five9 Platform Administrator, you will serve as
the subject-matter expert and primary administrator for our Five9
cloud contact center platform. You will play a critical role in
optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and ensuring
our contact center operates with efficiency and reliability. Key
Responsibilities Configure and manage Five9 features, including
IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure
seamless operations Integrate Five9 with CRM and workflow tools
such as Soho, HubSpot, and/or FieldRoutes Develop automations and
process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data
integrity Provide technical support and guidance to the call center
team Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes,
and configurations Requirements: Qualifications (To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

the essential functions.) 3 years of experience managing a
cloud-based contact center platform (Five9 required) Strong
understanding of IVR, ACD, and contact center operations Practical
experience with API integrations Strong technical troubleshooting
skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with
the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Bachelor’s degree
in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent
relevant experience) Python, BigQuery, Looker, and/or Sigma Ability
to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment characteristic of a

grows. Must be a strong team player who is adaptable,
collaborative, and willing to pitch in where needed to support
