Brands International Inc.The Product Manager II will be responsible
for defining and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap,
prioritizing features and enhancements based on business
objectives, guest insights, and franchisee feedback. This includes
overseeing products such as the mobile app, kiosk, and emerging
technologies. The role requires close collaboration with
cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful
product outcomes aligned with business goals.Role &
Responsibilities:
- Own the development and enhancement of internal platforms
(e.g., CRM, workflow automation, reporting tools for app, kiosk,
guest support, etc.) to support our products at scale.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and
development to testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Develop strategies to improve the digital and operational
experience for guests and team members, based on data, user
research, and journey mapping.
- Refine kiosk placement practices to increase usage.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies for emerging areas
such as AI-driven tools, in-store technologies, and post-ordering
experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, analytics, marketing, and
operations teams to define product requirements and deliver
high-quality solutions.
- Work with kiosk deployment and restaurant design teams to
implement optimal kiosk models and placements, aiming to maximize
usage and average check size.
- Build relationships with restaurant managers, participate in
restaurant shifts, and roleplay to understand product
efficiency.
- Visit our restaurants and competitors to identify opportunities
for using our products to solve guest problems.
- Act as a liaison with franchisees and committees to gather
feedback and ensure alignment on product initiatives, including
leading focus groups with franchisee committees.
- Conduct A/B testing, data analysis, and user feedback sessions
to refine features and enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and
franchise advisory boards with clear business cases and progress
reports.
- Identify, design, and implement product-led solutions to
streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and boost
productivity.
- Analyze product metrics (e.g., guest satisfaction, conversion
rates, operational efficiency, app ratings) to measure success and
identify improvement areas.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscapes
to identify innovation opportunities.Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing
digital products or operational tools, preferably in the
restaurant, hospitality, or tech industries.
- Strong technical skills in AI integration and analytics
tools.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimental
design.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate effectively both tactically and
strategically.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems is
preferred.
- Educational background in computer science, engineering,
mathematics, or statistics; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and a commitment to
excellence.

- Inquisitive mindset, asking clarifying questions and
encouraging innovative thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach with experience managing diverse
