Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support and guidance to developers through
various channels
Conducting architecture reviews and providing guidance for building
Temporal applications
Collaborating with engineering and product teams to triage bugs and
identify new features
Qualifications:
8+ years of development experience in languages like Python, Java,
Golang, or TypeScript
Experience with deployment and management of medium to large-scale
architectures
Minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working with or as part of remote teams
Ability to understand use cases and translate them into design
decisions and best practices
