One of our clients are looking for Technical Support Specialists with a deep understanding of Excel functions, particularly in data migration and manipulation, to join their project team. As they transition to the Workday platform, these specialists will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transfer of open enrollment data to Excel sheets and providing ongoing technical support.
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently transfer open enrollment data to Excel sheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, macros, and spreadsheets to streamline data management processes.
• Customer service related technical support assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve Excel-related issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding Excel-related inquiries or challenges.
• Assist in the implementation of Workday by contributing Excel expertise to relevant tasks.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
• Keep up-to-date with Excel best practices and trends to optimize data handling.
  Qualifications:
  • Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Data migration and technical support experience.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
