The Principal Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst is responsible
for providing system support for all components of the Kronos/UKG
Dimensions platform. The initial focus will be to learn and support
our current Kronos Platform and simultaneously be part of the Team
to implement the new Dimensions platform, including Time and
Attendance, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics. Post
implementation, the role will be responsible for supporting ongoing
system design, configuration, planning for new release/system
upgrades, custom reporting, testing activities, system training and
device management, across all modules of the UKG Dimensions
Platform As a Principal Solution Analyst, the candidate will have
excellent working knowledge on Kronos Workforce Timekeeper,
Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Connect and Workforce Integration
Manager. Sound experience of the various workforce management
disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance
monitoring, employee Self Service, fatigue management, leave
management, overtime management, schedule optimization,
timekeeping, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring
idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay. Experience
in data conversions using import tables, XML Imports with analyzing
and debugging skills Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting
all interfaces, upstream and downstream, to the UKG Dimension
platform. The position has a combination of strong business acumen,
application domain knowledge and the ability to communicate
effectively in both technical and business language, as well as
interact with multiple functional Business Teams, vendors, and IT
Members. This role will assist subject matter experts with gap
analysis / process definition and system enhancements and will
provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and
requests. This role is different than a developer in that it does
not "code; The focus is to "build a technical solution by taking
business requirements and configuring the systems to support the
business requirements Maintain a working knowledge of Kronos
Workforce Dimension Identify, recommend, and implement process
improvement opportunities Serve as liaison between
Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements Work on
multiple tasks or projects that are categorized as medium size
complexity Collect and evaluate information, formulate as well as
test hypothesis. Coordinate issues resolution activities with
varied stakeholders Ensure to follow up on problems and process
independently Develop meeting structure and present at meetings
Prepare functional specifications, user-guides, and assist with
business requirements documentation Determine opportunities to
redesign or automate business processes and functions to achieve
business results Drive the development of business and technical
process documentation and training materials Assist the Quality
Assurance Team with testing, strategy and planning Provide
coaching, mentoring and development of Senior Solution Analysts
Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through
excellent written and oral communications Provide end-user training
/ increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented
solutions Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard business
process concepts and methodology Establish and maintain
relationships with team members within IT and across functional
teams Assess situations, determine the problem(s) and propose a
solution that provides value to the business Lead business
requirements as well-formed user stories and acceptance criteria
Structure requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests
Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related issues that
could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall
end-to-end system functionality. Willingness to cross-train across
other Team members and deliver new business systemsSkillset /
Experience:Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree (Computer
Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management,
BI) Five (7) + years in Kronos / SAP application solutioning and
deployment Strong team player with willingness to collaborate
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience implementing Kronos Workforce
Dimension solutions Self-motivating with a strong customer focus,
