We are looking for a Full Desk Technical Recruiter to work in our Headquarters location in Miramar, Florida with a Hybrid role or Remote if out of area who is experienced in running a full desk, client sales, and candidate recruiting. Applicants should have the proven ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals and be effective at persuading and influencing executives. In this role, you will build key relationships with C-Level executives and consult with them on their needs for top talent.At Genesis Global Workforce Solutions, you are not tied down to a specific territory. What You'll Do:

  • Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
  • Be responsible for 'hunting' new business opportunities and Lead generation
  • Build relationships and manage your own portfolio of top candidates and A+ clients
  • Nurture existing partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Utilize internet resume databases, employee referrals, cold calling, and social networking as well as other creative sourcing techniques to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles
  • Ensure recruiting solutions are consistent with the IT department and long-term candidate pipeline creation to attract the top talent in the technical industry
  • Reach out to passive candidates making 50-100 calls daily.
  • Check references
  • Recruit job seeking candidates, utilizing on-line search engine and social networks to find the best qualified IT and Engineering Talent for a variety of top Fortune 5000 Clients.
  • Aggressively seek, qualify and negotiate pay rates.
  • Must know how or learn to source using tools such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and more using complex Boolean searches.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans for IT including industry recruiting resources, networking, direct sourcing, and diversity sources
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage
  • Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and ratesWho You Are:
    • You have 2+ years of full-desk IT recruiting experience
    • You consider yourself equally strong on both the sales and recruiting aspects of the role
    • You are passionate about recruiting - you keep abreast of news and trends in the industry
    • Ability to close during sales calls, overcome objectives and the ability to negotiate.
    • Have a track record of retaining candidates.
    • Ability to generate referrals and follow up with them.
    • Ability to generate qualified leads for sales force.
    • Be able to manage time wisely and plan ahead for the day.
    • Experience tracking daily activity.
    • You are a highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinking
    • You have strong writing and communication skills
