SUMMARY World Emblem Recruiter will serve as the subject matter expert in the recruitment and selection process. This person will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles across the organization. This individual will perform full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing, scheduling candidates, support interviewing until closing the vacancy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and conducts full scope of recruitment activities and processPartners with hiring supervisors and managers to effectively address recruitment needs and issues in a timely mannerDevelops, plans, coordinates, and administers all recruitment process which includes job descriptions and job scorecards that reflect the work performed and creation of a recruiting outreach and interviewing plan for all open positionsSourcing and Hiring process: Responsible for resume screening and initial phone screens, hiring activities and candidate sourcing efforts. Schedule calls and interviews. Utilize our ATS to keep track of opened positionsComposes and posts employment advertisements to various internal and external media; makes use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, researching new ways of using the Internet for recruitmentBuilds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media and participating in career fairsEvaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications for the roleCoordinates and/or conducts pre-offer employment verifications and criminal record background screeningConsults with the Human Resources Director on appropriate salary placements, making job offers and negotiating salaries where necessaryComposes and sends offer letters to successful candidates, and sending regret notices to unsuccessful candidatesConducts regular follow-up with managers and HR Director to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans; analyzing and recommending strategies to improve recruitment and selection process operationsCompiles and prepare recruitment analytics reports as requiredDrive hiring manager engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, candidate quality, and demonstrating your recruiting expertise to build trust as a strategic advisorImproves organization attractiveness by recommending new strategies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perksUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks and organizations.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.3+ years of full cycle recruiting required, hiring permanent in-house staff preferredPrior experience working with ATS and HRIS systemsWorking knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws related to recruitment and selectionKnowledge of and ability to operate a computer (MS Office), including Outlook, Word and Excel is requiredDemonstrated ability and track record of success of filing manufacturing positions in a timely mannerProven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talentMust be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexibleHighly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationshipsAbility to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independentlyStrong motivation, competitiveness, and sense of urgencyHigh business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates, as well as well as driving added value conversations with hiring managersAbility to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee informationBilingual in English & Spanish is required EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE BA/BS in Human Resources, business, or related fields; with 2 or 3 years of related experience and/or trainingLANGUAGE ABILITY Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
