Job Description:

The position of customer service specialist consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and to handle and resolve complaints.We re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can identify customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.The main goal of this role is to maximize efficiency, reduce claims and drive customer satisfaction to positively impact our business.We're looking for team players with a keen interest in building successful relationships with both customers and suppliers. Experience in the ecommerce industry is preferred but not necessary.The qualified candidate will have strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in customer service functions.The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, and have experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: --- Impact the company's bottom line by identifying and solving issues and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers--- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on criteria set forth by the company--- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with them--- Create opportunities to exceed customer expectations on every interaction--- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call--- Address all email correspondence from customers and suppliers within expected timeframe--- Maintain high level of quality and productivity--- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue--- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated Qualifications: --- High school diploma/GED required--- 2+ years experience in a customer service role--- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting--- Proficiency with MS Office--- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.--- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required Job Type: --- Full-time Monday through Friday only (no weekends) schedule 9:00am to 6:00pm Benefits: --- Health insurance--- Paid time offJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 per hourBenefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We are responding to Covid-19 as we have consistent cleaning, masks, spaced desks accordingly and staff maintain social distancing.Language: Spanish (Required)Work Location: One location
