Visit our website at www.sobeinnovativerehab.com Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members Keeps timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record Wound Care- evaluates and treats wounds as needed including but not limited to dressing, requesting needed supplies, debriding, measuring and documenting improvement. All remedies are as allowed by state licensure boards and practice acts. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy. Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant Job Type: * PRN* A PRN therapist is part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis.
