for infants and their families. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
comprehensive nursing care for neonates in the NICU, including
monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing
necessary procedures. - Collaborate with physicians, respiratory

implement individualized care plans. - Educate and support families
regarding their infants condition and care needs. - Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare
standards. - Respond promptly and efficiently during neonatal
