Support (BLS) certification required Must-Have: Experience in IMCU
or Cardiac Stepdown nursing preferred Description: The
IMCU/PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for
assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role is responsible for
the supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The role is accountable for supporting the facility's Chief Nursing
Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
The IMCU/PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse will ensure competency of
clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to
