Job Title: Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens Location: Deerfield
Beach, FL Start Date: March 6, 2025 Number of Providers Needed: 4
Job Description: We are seeking experienced Anesthesiologists for
locum tenens coverage at a facility in Deerfield Beach, FL. This
role involves providing anesthesia services across multiple
specialties in a Level II Trauma setting. Candidates must be
comfortable handling a diverse caseload, including Ortho, General
Surgery, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, ENT, Pain, and GI cases.
No cardiac, OB, or pediatric cases. Position Details: Shifts
Available: 7 AM - 3 PM, 7 AM - 5 PM, plus weekday in-house call (5
PM - 7 AM) and weekend in-house coverage Shift Lengths: 8s, 10s,
and 12s only Weekend Requirements: Yes Call Requirements: One
weekday per week and one weekend day per month Estimated Monthly
Cases: 680 Required Procedures: Trauma, Regional Ultrasound Care
Team Model: 14 CRNAs, 6 MDs Candidate Requirements: Board
Certification: Required (Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of
graduation; detailed explanation required if 3-5 years
post-graduation without certification) Experience: Minimum of 2
years (No new grads) Licensure: Active Florida medical license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS ( American Heart Association
only ) Residency Restriction: No providers who worked for Envision
in the past 12 months No providers who worked at this site or an
affiliated site within 75 miles in the past 24 months All
candidates must be out-of-state (No FL providers) Credentialing &
Privileging: Emergency/Temp Privileges Available: Yes (2-3 weeks
for clean, FL-licensed clinicians) Cross Credentialing Required:
