Description COMPENSATION: Salary $260k Incentive Bonus. OTE
$300K Signing Bonus up to $50k or $100k Forgivable loan We are a

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Role: • Compensation: Base $260k 50K sign on bonus • Bonus: Up to
20k year 1 and goes up as a partner. • Partnership: No Buy-in.

a partner will make over $300k • 18 patients a day • Hours: Monday
Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is
scheduled at 4:15) • Work/Life Balance • Small Patient Panel 450
patients max • Administrative time included in schedule • No nights
or weekends • 100% outpatient • Dedicated Care and support team
(have your own MA/Scheduler/ • Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5

Transportation Requirements M.D or D.O Clear and Active medical
license Active DEA license Board certified in Internal Medicine,
Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine 2 years of experience in
Primary Care Outpatient setting Bilingual: English & Spanish
(preferred, not required) Proficiency in suturing for minor -wound
closures Joint Injections: Competence in administering -joint
injections for pain management. Skin Biopsies: Capability to
perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes. Wound Care: Ability
to manage and provide comprehensive wound care. Salary Description
