Dear Prospective Colleague, Signature Women's Healthcare is a well-known and highly regarded OBGYN practice in South Florida. We are located between North Miami-Dade County and South Broward, with offices in Pembroke Pines and Miami Lakes. We have been providing our community with excellent care for over 25 years and would love to add the right BC/BE physician member to our team. We practice general Obstetrics and Gynecology, and our patient population is educated, diverse, bilingual and wonderful. Our obstetrical volume is solid but not overwhelming, and there are plenty of opportunities to hone your surgical skills as we are experienced laparoscopic, hysteroscopic and robotic surgeons. Unlike most other practices, we work out of a single hospital (Memorial Hospital Miramar) so we don't suffer the daily grind of endless rounding at multiple locations. We strive to provide an excellent work-life balance for our practitioners and offer a clear track towards partnership and equity . Giving back to our community and our profession is important to us. Our doctors have been educating third-year medical students in their clinical OB/GYN rotations through the Herbert Werthheim College of Medicine at Florida International University since its inception almost 15 years ago. We have also trained nurse practitioners and have provided voluntary medical care for many years to teens residing at a local non-profit shelter. South Florida is a unique and exciting place to live, with much to offer culturally and gastronomically. Our offices are in quiet suburban areas, yet are only 20-25 minutes from the beach, downtown Miami and downtown Fort Lauderdale. And the beautiful Florida Keys are just an hour away as well! Currently, we have 1:4 call (once a week and every 4th weekend) with a three-day weekend off every month.
