---- Summary:Provides services related to the recruitment, orientation, continuing education, and support functions for the Nurse Residency and RN Fellowship Programs. -- Detailed responsibilities:--- Represents MHS Nurse Residency and RN Fellowship Programs in external recruiting events as assigned.--- Designs, facilitates and assesses learning activities in MTC Simulation Center.--- Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery of specialty program orientation, competency evaluation, and seminar presentations.--- Collaborates and rounds with individual hospital Directors of Education and program coordinators to assess learning needs and provide program support.--- Participates in research activities, quality improvement, or evidence-based practice initiatives.
